M-Audio Keystation Pro 88-No Aftertouch...

In a thread a while back, we discussed the new M-Audio Keystation Pro
88 and whether it had aftertouch. After a bit of searching, I finally
sent M-Audio an e-mail; their response was NO aftertouch. Bummer. I may
still get one at some point, as the knobs and faders will be very handy,
but I will miss having the aftertouch.

The evolution controller I got this week doesn't have aftertouch but if I
were going to buy another 88 key controller (I have the Triton ProX now) I
would expect it to have it, along with the other usual controllers and
preferably a ribbon controller to boot.

It seems that aftertouch is being overlooked on many of the newer
controllers and on many softsynths. That's a shame.
